1. Processing Time
All of our pet keychains are custom‑made via 3D printing.
Orders normally take 10–12 days for production before shipment.
Processing time excludes public holidays. We will send you a confirmation email once your item has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Regions & Delivery Time
United States
Standard Shipping: 5‑10 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2‑4 business days (optional upgrade at checkout)
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International deliveries usually take 10–25 business days, subject to customs clearance, local postal efficiency and public holidays.
Import duties, taxes and handling fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
3. Shipping Cost
Free standard shipping applies to orders over the threshold shown at checkout.
Flat‑rate and expedited delivery rates are calculated automatically based on your destination and package weight.
4. Order Tracking
A tracking number and shipping link will be emailed to you once your package leaves our warehouse.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to activate on the courier system.
5. Delivery Address
Kindly double‑check your shipping address during checkout.
WY PERFORMANCE is not liable for lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by customers.
6. Lost, Damaged or Missing Parcels
Contact us immediately if your keychain arrives broken, defective or with printing flaws. Photos of damaged goods are required for support.
For lost‑in‑transit packages, we will launch an investigation with the shipping carrier. Once confirmed lost, we offer a free reprint or full‑order refund for your pet accessory.
7. Undeliverable & Return‑to‑Sender Packages
Packages returned to us owing to failed delivery, wrong address or recipient refusal will incur a reshipping fee for re‑delivery.
8. Holiday Notice
Production and shipping may be delayed during major holidays. Any extended turnaround time will be posted on our store homepage in advance.
