1. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing this store, placing an order, purchasing our 3D‑printed pet keychains and accessing all website content, you fully acknowledge, accept and agree to all clauses within this legal disclaimer, shipping policy, return‑refund rule and privacy policy. If you disagree with any provision, you are not permitted to use our online shop or buy our goods.

2. 3D‑Printed Product Disclaimer

All pet keychains are custom‑manufactured via additive 3D‑printing technology. Minor texture marks, tiny layer lines, subtle colour deviations and slight shape differences are inherent manufacturing features, not manufacturing defects.
  • Our keychains are decorative accessories only. Do not use them for heavy‑load hanging, high‑impact scenarios or pet chewing toys. The customer shall bear all risks caused by improper product usage.
  • Every custom‑ordered item begins production 10-15 days after payment. Once 3D‑printing commences, order cancellation is unavailable without product‑quality defects.

3. Intellectual‑Property Statement

All store logos, brand marks, 3D‑print models, pet‑keychain designs, photos, copywriting and graphic materials belong exclusively to WY PERFORMANCE.

Buyers only obtain ownership of the physical delivered keychain. No reproduction, remodelling, resale, commercial copying or distribution of our original 3D‑model files and artwork is permitted without our written authorization. Infringement of intellectual‑property rights will trigger corresponding legal actions.

4. Warranty Exclusion

All goods are sold on an “as‑is, where‑is” basis. WY PERFORMANCE makes no implied or explicit warranties, including merchantability, durability and fitness‑for‑special‑purpose warranty, apart from our official defective‑goods replacement commitment for damaged items upon arrival.

5. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall WY PERFORMANCE be liable for indirect loss, incidental damages, consequential loss, emotional loss or lost revenue related to your order. Our maximum compensation liability shall never exceed the actual payment amount of your single order.

We are not responsible for parcel loss caused by wrong shipping addresses, recipient‑side delivery mistakes, customs delays, courier emergencies or force‑majeure events.

6. International Customs & Import Fees

For overseas shipments, all destination‑country import duties, customs taxes, clearance service charges and quarantine expenses are the sole obligation of the seller. 

7. Personal‑Data Protection

Your checkout‑submitted name, shipping address, email and payment information will only be used for order processing and delivery notification. We never sell, rent or leak customer private data to third‑party merchants. Shopify secure‑payment channels handle all payment information.

8. Right to Amend Policies

WY PERFORMANCE reserves the right to revise shipping regulations, disclaimer clauses, product specifications and store rules at any time. Updated legal terms will be published on our store page, and continued shopping means your consent to revised policies.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Settlement

These terms are governed under United States commercial law. Any consumer dispute shall first be settled through our store customer‑service consultation. Unresolved disputes fall under the jurisdiction of SHERIDAN, WY 82801

10. Force Majeure

We accept no liability for production‑schedule delays or shipment suspension brought on by natural disasters, public‑holiday shutdowns, courier service breakdown, government administrative orders and other unforeseeable force‑majeure incidents.
